Welcome to the Playturnal application by Playturnal LLC (“Playturnal”, “we”, “us”) The application in part and as a whole and all rights, titles, and interests in and to the application are owned by Playturnal LLC. These terms were last updated on March 31, 2025 and the Playturnal Team reserves the right to change and update them without warning or notification.

These Terms of service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services. If you do not agree with these terms, please exit and delete the application. By using the application, you are hereby agreeing to abide by both the terms detailed below as well as the privacy policy.

1) Basic Terms

In order to join and use Playturnal you must be at least 13 years old at time of registration or Sign Up, you must provide true and accurate information which includes your valid email and full name. Any false information may result in permanent termination of your account.

You may use the services only if you can understand the terms set forth herein and agree to said terms, and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. If you are accepting these Terms and using the services on behalf of a company, organization, government, or other legal entity, you state that you are authorized to grant all licenses set forth in these Terms and to agree to these terms on behalf of the business or entity. You may use services only in compliance with these terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations.

2) Changes of Terms

We reserve the right to alter or change these terms of service at any time without prior notice to you. The services that Playturnal provides are always evolving and the form and nature of the services provided may change from time to time without prior notice to you. It is your responsibility to check this site for updates. Your continued use of Playturnal establishes your acceptance of any revised terms.

3) Your Account

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account via your email, username, and password that you will set up at time of registration. We encourage you to use strong passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower-case letters, numbers and symbols). If your username and or password has been compromised or if you believe there has been unauthorized access to your account by a third party, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately and for you to change your password as fast as possible. Playturnal cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality and security of your account.

4) Safety and Security

We extend every effort to make our service a safe place for all users. So, by using the services provided by Playturnal you agree that:

  • You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your username.
  • You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, usernames, graphics, photos, profiles, links, that you submit, post, and display on Playturnal service.
  • You will not post nude, partially nude, or sexually suggestive photos.
  • You will not use the Playturnal services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
  • You will not use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means or interface to access the Services or extract other user’s information.
  • You will not transmit or upload any viruses, worms, or malware of any code of a destructive nature that could otherwise compromise the security of the services.
  • You will not use the services in a way that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively effect of inhibit other users from fully enjoying the services, or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of our services.
  • You will not use or attempt to use another user’s account, username, or password without their permission.
  • You will not post content that contains or links to pornographic, graphic violence, threats, hate speech, or incitements to violence.
  • You will not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our Services or any system or network.
  • You will not artificially increase your post count, like count, followers count, or otherwise manipulate the services by using a script or other automated means.
  • Violations of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Playturnal account. While Playturnal prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Playturnal cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its platform and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use Playturnal service at your own risk.

    • We may also share with third parties such as advertisers, aggregated, non-personally identifiable, or de-identified information.

    You are aware you are on a public communication platform and any information you post will be visible to other users on Playturnal. Adjust your privacy setting with each post to limit who you will allow to comment, like, and view each post.

5) Privacy

Playturnal takes reasonable steps to help protect your personal information in an effort to prevent loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. There are a number of risks in transmitting any kind of data over the public internet and under no circumstances should you use the Playturnal service to transmit confidential or privileged information of any sort.

6) Rights

We extend every effort to make our service a safe place for all users. So, by using the services provided by Playturnal you agree that:

  • All rights, titles, and interest in and to the services (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Playturnal and its licensors. The services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and/or foreign countries. You do not have the right to use Playturnal name or any of the Playturnal logos, trademarks, domain names, and other distinctive brand features without prior consent by us.
  • You retain your rights to any content you post, upload, or display on or through the services. By posting, uploading, or displaying content on or through the services you grant Playturnal a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods now known or later developed.
  • Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding Playturnal is entirely voluntarily as this is to avoid any misunderstandings if your ideas are similar to those we have developed or are developing independently. Therefore, Playturnal does not accept unsolicited materials or ideas and takes no responsibility for any ideas or materials transmitted. If you do choose to send us comments, ideas, or suggestions you agree that Playturnal is free to use any comments, ideas, or suggestions for any purpose whatsoever, including developing and marketing products and services without any liability or payment of any kind, to you.
  • You agree that Playturnal has no obligation to monitor the content on the platform. Therefore, we are not responsible for and do not endorse content posted within the application. If your content violates Terms of Service, you may hold legal responsibility for such content.
  • Playturnal’s intention is for the service to be available as much as possible, there will be occasions when the service may be interrupted such as scheduled maintenance or upgrades, for emergency repairs, or due to failure of telecommunications links and/or equipment. Also, Playturnal reserves the right to remove any content from the service for any reason, without prior notice. We strongly encourage you to maintain your own backup of your content. We are not a backup service and you agree that you will not rely on the service for the purpose of content backup or storage. Playturnal will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or termination of the services, or the loss of any content.
  • You may not post, share, upload any content to which you do not possess and warrant the necessary rights. You acknowledge the posting and use of your content on/through the services does not violate, misappropriate or infringe on the rights of any third parties including privacy rights, copyrights, trademark, and/or other intellectual property rights. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owed by reason of content you post on or through service and you have the legal right and capacity to enter into these Terms of Service in your jurisdiction.
  • You acknowledge and agree that you are posting, sharing, uploading your content on the Playturnal platform voluntarily, and on your own accord without expecting or receiving any compensation, from Playturnal.
  • Playturnal reserves the right to remove, block, or delete any user without prior notification to you or any third party, if we feel the user content has violated the terms of service. Removing, blocking, deleting of any user will be at our sole discretion.

7) Data charges for accesing the platform

You are responsible for any mobile charges that you may incur for using our services, including text messages and data charges. If you’re unsure what those charges may be, you should ask your service provider before using the application.

8) Controlling law and sever-ability

This agreement, as well as the Playturnal privacy policy, shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any subsequent dispute arising under the terms of this agreement will be settled exclusively in the state/federal courts of the State of California, County of Los Angeles, and/or the Central District of California.

9) Note to international users

The Playturnal sites and services are hosted in the United States and are intended for and directed to users in the United States. If you are a user accessing the Playturnal sites and services from the European Union, Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing persona data collection, use, and disclosure that differ from United States laws, please be advised that through your continued use of the Playturnal sites and services which are governed by U.S. law the Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, you are transferring your personal information to the United States and you consent to that transfer.

10) General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Playturnal service for any reason, without notice at any time.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • We reserve the right to forfeiture of any usernames that becomes inactive, violates trademark, or may mislead users.
  • We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those usernames.
  • We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing content that we determine on our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any parties’ intellectual property or these terms of service.
  • We also retain the right to create limits on use and storage at our sole discretion at any time without prior notice to you.
